The Video Player content block is used to present video clips and audio files to your audience.

Adding a Video Player Block to the Storyboard

To add a Video Player Content Block to your Storyboard, click the "+" Card in the Storyboard, select the Video Player item, then click Next.

From here you can either select an existing video file from the list or add a New Video by clicking the "+" Card:

Supported Video File Types

Before adding a video to the Content Block, please make sure it is in one of the following formats:

To add a video file, simply drag-and-drop it into the dotted-line box, or click the box to open a file explorer window. Once you choose a file, it will be uploaded and converted for use in your webinar.

Depending on the size of the video file, and the strength of your internet connection, the upload and conversion process may take some time. We recommend uploading your video content well ahead of your webinar date to allow time in case conversion errors occur.

Video Player Options

In the final options window, you can display a count-down timer to show to presenters while the video is playing. This will allow them to know when the next Storyboard item will be activated by the Organizer so they can be prepared for it, in case they are set to present next.

Once you have that set, click the Add to Storyboard button to add the video and return to the Storyboard view.
