Editing Account Settings

Modified on Tue, May 12, 2020 at 2:55 PM

To edit your Flow Account settings, like Account Name, logo, etc...

Sign in to your Dashboard using your Admin credentials and then click your Profile Picture to open the main window. There, select Account:

Account Settings

Here, you will see the contact information for your account, most of which can be changed at any time.

You will also see details of your account, such as account level and creation date.

Changing Your Logo Image

To change your logo image, click the logo, or the Update Logo link below it, to open a File Explorer window on your computer. Once you select a file, it will upload to the page and the change will be instantly saved (with no need to hit the Save button at the bottom of the page)

Your logo file should be uploaded as soon as you activate your Flow account, as it is present in all of your communication to your audiences, such as Registration Emails and Webinar Entry Pages.
Only .PNG and .JPG files are supported

Changing your Banner/Button Color

By default, the Banner/Button Color shown here is derived from your logo color and sets the color for all event registration and entry pages. You can change this color at any time by choosing a pre-set color from the list, or by inserting a custom color code.

Changing Your Contact Information

Enter any changes to your contact information here. Once the changes are made, click the Save button at the bottom of the page. You will get a notice at the top of the page that the changes were saved correctly.

Changing Your Account Level

Please contact Flow Sales directly to request more information about switching your account level.

Viewing your API Key

Clicking the Show API Key link will display your personal API key, which you will need for API integration. Please contact our support at support@flowapp.com if you have any questions about this.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR API KEY TO ANYONE YOU DO NOT TRUST, as this key could give someone access to your account without your knowledge. Please use extreme caution when sharing your key with 3rd-party applications.
