I am Getting "Another person with Your Credentials Already Logged In" when I Try to Log Back In

Modified on Thu, Mar 20 at 3:31 AM

Upon joining the webinar room after a disconnection or while reloading, you may get the following warning message. Follow the guide to quickly resolve the issue.

This is not a bug

Why is this happening?

This is a feature that helps you connect back and prevent misuse of the platform.

  • Flow webinar room allows only single access from your link. Put it simply, you cannot share your webinar room access, you cannot use multiple devices to log in. If you try, you will see this warning.
  • Upon a disconnection, when you try to log in by clicking the join button you may get this. This is because you are still connected to the webinar room and you can disregard the mesage and click the Enter button to proceed.

Use a stable connection (PC: Fiber/ADSL 2+ and Mobile: 4G). Prevent 3G or satellite connections. If you use 5G, make sure it is stable as it requires multiple antennas around a small area.

Do this if you get disconnected

  1. In your webinar room, you will see a button that says you are disconnected. See the image below
  2. Wait until your connection is back, and then click this button to join back. Do not close the room using the X at the upper right-hand corner unless you see this button. If you do not see this button, or if it does not work, do the following...
  3. Close the room by clicking the X button   at the right-hand corner of your room, wait a short time and then click the "Join Live Trading" button. If you see the warning "Another person is already..." click the Enter button to join in. You don't have to wait.
  4. If this does not work, reload the web page (refresh), and then try once more. If you don't see the code (empty box) and if it asks for the code, do the same (refresh the page).
  5. If you experience any issues, click the live chat button at the bottom left, and chat with us.
Do not share your login with anyone else! If two users are trying to join, it won't work.
