- For Universities, Professional Bodies, CPE / CPD Providers, Training Institutes, and Private Educators.

Flow is designed for education providers that need more than one-off webinars or basic video calls. It enables institutions to deliver structured, repeatable, and scalable learning experiences, combining live instruction, recurring classes, automated courses, and certification into a single, purpose-built platform. Whether the goal is formal education, professional accreditation, or commercial training, Flow supports the full learning lifecycle from delivery to compliance and monetization.

Flow offers an SSO API with Webinar Rooms, as well as API version 0.0.4, which supports event-based webinars. There is no direct LMS integration.

Use Case 1: Virtual Classroom Training (Live & Recurring)

Target Customers

  • Universities and colleges

  • Professional training institutes

  • Private educators running structured programs

  • Live trading

Business Problem

  • Traditional video tools are not designed for recurring academic schedules

  • Manual setup for every class creates operational overhead

  • Limited visibility into attendance and learner engagement

Flow Configuration

  • 24×7 Always-On Webinar Room

  • Recurring Events (daily/weekly class schedules)

  • Live chat and interaction (survey/polls/chat)

  • Optional session recording

Operational Workflow

  1. Institution creates a dedicated “Classroom Room” in Flow

  2. Instructor schedules recurring sessions (e.g., every Monday & Wednesday) - Rooms don't have  scheduling options, unlike webinar events; this is only about the instructor's planing activity

  3. Students join using the same access link throughout the semester

  4. Sessions are delivered live, with optional recordings stored automatically

  5. Attendance data is captured per session

Business Outcome

  • Reduced setup and administration time

  • Consistent learning experience for students

  • Scales from small cohorts to large classes without infrastructure changes

Why Flow wins: Flow behaves like a digital classroom, not a one-off meeting link

Use Case 2: Continuing Professional Education (CPE / CPD Webinars)

Target Customers

  • Accounting bodies

  • Legal, finance, medical, and compliance training providers

  • Accreditation and certification organizations

Business Problem

  • Regulatory requirement to prove attendance and participation

  • Manual certificate issuance is error-prone

  • Need to support both live and on-demand learners

Flow Configuration

  • Scheduled live webinars

  • Automated attendance tracking

  • Certificate issuance

  • Recorded replays for on-demand access

Operational Workflow

  1. Provider schedules accredited webinars in Flow

  2. Professionals register and attend live sessions

  3. Attendance and duration are tracked automatically

  4. Certificates are issued upon completion

  5. Recorded versions are reused for on-demand CPE credits

Business Outcome

  • Audit-ready compliance records

  • Faster certificate delivery

  • Ability to repurpose both live and recorded sessions

Why Flow wins: Flow supports compliance-grade education delivery, not just broadcasting.

Use Case 3: Course Funnels & Evergreen Learning Programs

Target Customers

  • Online educators

  • Training companies

  • Universities offering paid short courses or certifications

Business Problem

  • Live-only courses do not scale

  • Time-zone constraints limit global reach

  • Revenue stops when live sessions stop

Flow Configuration

  • Pre-recorded & automated webinars

  • Scheduled or always-available sessions

  • Optional live Q&A add-ons

  • Integrated registration and delivery

Operational Workflow

  1. Instructor records a core course webinar

  2. Webinar is configured to run automatically (evergreen)

  3. Learners register and attend on their own schedule

  4. Follow-up sessions or live Q&A events are added periodically

  5. Certificates issued after completion

Business Outcome

  • 24×7 course availability

  • Predictable, recurring revenue

  • Global audience without live staffing costs

Why Flow wins: Flow combines automation + credibility, enabling real courses, not just videos!
