- Presenter chat – Only Organizers and Presenters have access to this chat room.
- Attendee chat – this is where attendees and presenters communicate inside Flow.
There are chat options that you could manage:
Privatize chat: This allows you to keep chat messages from Attendees private, so they can only see their own messages and ones from room Organizers or Presenters.

Enabling this will give you 3 options that you could do on a chat message.
Hide/Unhide message
Reply to message
Highlight / Change color
