The following are considered supported web browsers when using the Flow platform. These browsers will perform the essential tasks required for the creation, setup, and execution of live webinars in both the live webinar environment and the Flow Dashboard:
This list will be continuously updated with more browsers, as Flow features are supported in them
- The latest version of Google Chrome
- The latest version of Mozilla Firefox
- The latest version of Microsoft Edge
- The latest version of Safari (macOS)
When using Safari, you will not be able to use Screen Sharing at this time, even if you are set to use Screen Sharing in the event Storyboard.
Internet Explorer (All Versions) WILL NOT BE SUPPORTED
Mobile Devices
- Flow registrations and webinars can also be viewed on Android Mobile devices, running the latest version of Android.
- iOS is currently partially supported, but we do have a mobile app that supports iOS here.
