If you are unable to access Flow due to a password-related error, please refer to the following directions.
- If you get an error message telling you that your password is not correct, be sure you typed it correctly. All passwords are case-sensitive.
- If you received a password in an email, you may have accidentally copied some spaces when trying to highlight your password.
- If you are sure you are typing in your password correctly, you may need to reset your Flowapp password to regain access. Please click the "FORGOT PASSWORD?" link under the Password field to start the password reset process, or click here to change the password now.
