The easiest way to check on in-room logs would be to click the settings button on the upper right-hand corner of your webinar room. These logs may be requested by the Flow support team when troubleshooting issues.
- Click Debug Log
- A new window will appear with the in-room logs. There are other options like Copy Logs, Toggle detail logs, Clear logs and Close Log
- For more information, you can click Toggle detail logs as this will be also helpful if you want to send a report regarding bugs or errors to the Flow Support Team
