The easiest way to check on in-room logs would be to click the settings button on the upper right-hand corner of your webinar room. These logs may be requested by the Flow support team when troubleshooting issues.

  1. Click Debug Log
  2. A new window will appear with the in-room logs. There are other options like Copy Logs, Toggle detail logs, Clear logs and Close Log
  3. For more information, you can click Toggle detail logs as this will be also helpful if you want to send a report regarding bugs or errors to the Flow Support Team
