How to Migrate Autoflows from Old to New Event

Flow release 1.6.0 enables great new features that all the hosts would love! Now you have the ability to migrate autoflows from previous events to new/future events. 

How Do I Migrate?

You must contact the Flow support team and get help. What you should provide is in the list below.

1. Name(s) of the previous event(s)
2. Name(s) of the autoflow(s) and assigned presenters (screenshots will be also helpful)
3. Name of the new event(s) that you want autoflows to be migrated to

Limitations

• You cannot migrate an Autoflow to a new event if none of the hosts/presenters assigned to that previous event/Autoflows are added to the new event. At least one host/presenter must be added to the new event (please see below for the condition) - otherwise, no migration will occur 
• If there are storyboard items in which more than one host/presenter participated, at least one of the host/presenter who participated must be added to the new event - otherwise, no migration will occur
• The migration is a batch process - which means all Autoflows from the past event to the current/future event will be copied. You can delete the unnecessary ones.

Important

1. You must play and verify all the Autoflows (we will also do as much as possible)
2. If the event is automated, again make sure you verify (before the event) by playing the first and let the rest play automatically until the end
