Flow release 1.6.0 enables great new features that all the hosts would love! Now you have the ability to migrate autoflows from previous events to new/future events.
How Do I Migrate?
You must contact the Flow support team and get help. What you should provide is in the list below.
- Name(s) of the previous event(s)
- Name(s) of the autoflow(s) and assigned presenters (screenshots will be also helpful)
- Name of the new event(s) that you want autoflows to be migrated to
Limitations
- You cannot migrate an Autoflow to a new event if none of the hosts/presenters assigned to that previous event/Autoflows are added to the new event. At least one host/presenter must be added to the new event (please see below for the condition) - otherwise, no migration will occur
- If there are storyboard items in which more than one host/presenter participated, at least one of the host/presenter who participated must be added to the new event - otherwise, no migration will occur
- The migration is a batch process - which means all Autoflows from the past event to the current/future event will be copied. You can delete the unnecessary ones.
Important
- You must play and verify all the Autoflows (we will also do as much as possible)
- If the event is automated, again make sure you verify (before the event) by playing the first and let the rest play automatically until the end
