New Version Update: 1.2.1 Now Available!

We are proud to announce the release of Flow Version 1.2.1! This update contains many new feature additions, improvements to existing functionality, necessary bug fixes and other important updates.

FEATURE UPDATES

AutoStart Events

Do you have Autoflow content that you want to put on repeat without you having to be present? If so, then AutoStart Events are the way to go! You can now set any event with AutoFlow content to automatically start and end at a given time, without any manual input. Just set it in your Advanced Event Settings.

Private Messaging to Attendees

Room Operators can now selectively reply to individual attendees, so their replies aren’t seen by everyone. You can do this either from the chat list directly, or through the Participant List by clicking an Attendee’s name.

On-Demand Replay Registration

You can now send links for events that have Replays to a whole new audience. Just go to your Event Summary page and copy the existing Registration Link. No extra work needed!

Feature Enhancements

Further Improvements to the Event Setup Process

We’ve improved the Event Creation process in several ways. From improved navigation while editing, to increased customization of confirmation emails, all the way to increased duration options, event creation is easier than ever.

Improved Webinar Chat

We’ve also made significant improvements to live chat. You can now selectively mute attendees, if necessary, highlight questions with a variety of colors, and filter questions in the Questions tab. You can even change chat from Private to Public on-the-fly!

Back end Infrastructure Improvements

We’ve updated and expanded our server pool for added speed and reliability.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue with reporting where data in the downloaded CSV and on the Report Page were different
  • Fixed an issue where deleted/removed registrants were not reported properly
  • Fixed a loading issue with Screen Sharing blocks using AutoFlow recorded content
  • Various other improvements and optimizations

The software will update automatically, so there is nothing for you to do to get the latest features. You can always check the current version of Flow by clicking the gear icon at the top right of your webinar environment.

If you are running a version other than 1.2.1, please completely quit out of your browser and restart it. If you are still getting an older version, please clear all cached files and cookies (by holding "ctrl-shift-delete" on your keyboard) and restart your browser again.
