New Version Update: 1.1.0 Now Available!

We are proud to announce the release of Flow Version 1.1.0, the biggest update to Flow since we launched earlier this year! This update contains many new feature additions, improvements to existing functionality, necessary bug fixes and other important updates.

FEATURE UPDATES

Event Follow Up Emails

Continue communicating with your registered participants after the event with a follow-up email. You can also include your slides presentation!

Globally Remove Presenter Portraits

You can now globally hide the audio portraits and video feeds from a content block if they are covering important information. With this option, you are in full control of what your viewers see at all times.

Banning Select Attendees

The security of your webinars is a top priority for FLOW. In the event you have an unwanted participant, you can simply click a button to immediately remove them from your event.

Color Customization for Registration Pages

Create custom landing pages for your webinars, configuring your communications to compliment your brand.

Slides Thumbnail View

Easily navigate throughout your slides presentation with the option to preview and move to any slide seamlessly.

Feature Enhancements

Improved Event Setup Process

We streamlined how events are created and moved around some settings to make things much more intuitive.

Replay Viewing Percentage in Replay Report

In your post-webinar reporting, you can now easily see if a registrant viewed your Replay recording and for how long.

Rename Screen Sharing Blocks Recorded with AutoFlow

It is now much easier for you to have multiple Screen Sharing blocks in your Storyboard that will contain different shared content. You can label these blocks according to the content you wish to share at the time, so you're never uncertain about what you're presenting.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a loading issue that could cause Replay to not show the expected content.
  • Various other improvements and optimizations

The software will update automatically, so there is nothing for you to do to get the latest features. You can always check the current version of Flow by clicking the gear icon at the top right of your webinar environment.
