As a host or a presenter you have to manage participants and communicate with them. There is a few participant options for you to use.
- Banning a participant: In rare occations, you may need to ban an abusive participant. This option serves the purpose. Once banned, the attendee cannot re-enter the webinar
- Private/Direct Messaging: This helps you to send a direct message to an attendee. The message is visible in Red color for hosts/presenters. Format of the message is,
Sender's_fullname (to Reciever's_fullname)
- Preventing chat: This disable the ability to chat. Once it is set, the attendee sees the following message
There is no option at this point to disable all attendee chat.
