Setting Up Micrpophone, Webcam, and Screen Sharing (for Hosts and Presenters)

In this video, Jan is walking you through configuring the Microphone, Webcam, and Screen Sharing with Storyboard. 

You can add multiple screen-sharing storyboard items assigned to each presenter. Then, when each presenter enables the microphone/webcam, clicks the screen sharing storyboard item (play button), goes ON AIR and shows the screen sharing to the audience.

Important Note: 

1. Screen sharing storyboard item (unlike Slides or webcam) can only be assigned to one presenter
2. Multiple presenters can turn screen sharing on and keep it, and hosts can easily switch/toggle among them
3. It is also possible to share the screen in multiple rooms at once, with microphone audio as well as system audio.
